As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health & Wellness Coach, I help midlife women struggling with stubborn weight gain, low energy, and burnout. As a high performing business professional who has struggled with high amounts of chronic stress, emotional eating, and the rollercoaster of midlife hormonal challenges, I know how overwhelming it can feel to lose your sense of balance and not know where to start.  My approach combines real-food nutrition combined with behavior and lifestyle coaching to help you reclaim your energy, rebuild your confidence, and feel at home in your body again.
